fbazzi Terms and Conditions

1 Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on fbazzi, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration — including name, date of birth, and email address.
• Each person may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts is a direct violation of fbazzi's rules.
• Accounts are for personal use only — use on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is prohibited.

2 Identity Verification (KYC)

fbazzi reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (such as your bKash or Nagad number).

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Security and Password

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Please follow the security guidelines below:

• Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
• Report any theft of login credentials or unauthorized access to fbazzi immediately.
• fbazzi will not be held liable for account misuse resulting from the user's own negligence.

4 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on fbazzi:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds will only be accepted from a method registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
• Once a deposit is added to the account, it is generally available for use immediately.

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met when withdrawing funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Processing time: Generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• If an active bonus wagering requirement remains, it must be fulfilled before withdrawal.
• fbazzi reserves the right to request additional documents when necessary.

6 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on fbazzi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. fbazzi is not liable for any losses arising from currency conversion.

7 Welcome Bonus

fbazzi offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A first-time deposit must be made to qualify for the bonus.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times (deposit + bonus).
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Another example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

8 General Bonus Policy

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers from fbazzi:

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable — only winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn (after the wagering requirement is met).
• If bonus abuse is suspected, fbazzi reserves the right to investigate the account and cancel the bonus.
• fbazzi reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offer terms at any time.

9 VIP Cashback Program

fbazzi's VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP tier progression is determined based on regular play. Cashback is calculated on a regular basis and issued in accordance with the relevant terms. fbazzi reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms.

10 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

fbazzi is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. Every member must comply with the following rules:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or system abuse is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts is completely prohibited.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms will result in account closure.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion is prohibited.
• If you have any complaint regarding a game result, contact the support team.

11 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on cricket, basketball, and other sports on fbazzi:

• Each bet has a set minimum and maximum limit.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with fbazzi's policy.
• fbazzi reserves the right to cancel bets that were accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• Obstructive betting or bet brokering is prohibited.

12 Technical Faults and Disruptions

fbazzi's liability will be limited if a gaming session is interrupted due to software or hardware failure, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue. In such circumstances, fbazzi's decision will be considered final.

13 Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbazzi platform and will result in account closure if violated:

• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to hack or damage fbazzi systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harmful communication or threats directed at other members outside the platform.
• Unauthorized use of fbazzi's brand, logo, or content.

14 Account Suspension and Closure

fbazzi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

In the event of account closure, arrangements will be made to return any valid balance (excluding bonuses), unless the closure is due to fraud.

15 Protection of Personal Information

fbazzi uses SSL encryption and other technical measures to ensure the security of your personal information. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties, but may be disclosed in the following circumstances:
